The Certificate of Undergraduate Study (CUGS) in Real Estate Entrepreneurship provides a sequence of courses that combines entrepreneurship courses focusing on entrepreneurial skillset and mindset development with real estate industry specific courses. The structure allows students to focus their interests on whatever aspect of the real estate industry is of most interest to them (commercial, residential, finance, investment, sales, etc.). This CUGS consists of 4 courses (12 s.h.).
