Master of Science in Organizational Leadership

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is intended for students with at least five years of managerial experience who seek to enhance their careers. The program is designed to prepare students for leadership positions in business and nonprofit organizations. The major goals of this program are a) Advancement of leadership knowledge through teaching and research in an environment that is conducive to achieving educational excellence; b) Provision of in-depth exposure to leadership theories, tools, and methodologies; c) Exposure to current leadership issues; and d) Enablement of the highest professional and ethical standards.
