The Supervisor Certiﬁcation program is intended for public school teachers and administrators who wish to earn additional administrative credentials in their ﬁeld. The program prepares you to take on the authority and responsibility for the continuing direction and guidance of the work of instructional personnel. Working professionals appreciate the efficiency our part-time program, which is oﬀered in an accelerated online format.

The program meets the requirements speciﬁed by the state of New Jersey and is designed for those who have already earned a Master’s degree and want to qualify as a supervisor in the public schools. Students outside the state of NJ must consult with their state department of education for certiﬁcation requirements.

EDSU 28546 - Educational Organizations and Leadership Credits: 3
EDSU 28510 - Curriculum Design & Development for Instructional Leaders Credits: 3
EDSU 28511 - Leading Curricular Implementation & Assessment for School Improvement Credits: 3 *
*(CURR 29590 - Curriculum Evaluation may be substituted here instead if needed)

Total Required Credits for the Program: 12 s.h.

Minimum Required Grades and Cumulative GPA

The Supervisor Certificate is a Category 1 program.
