Program Requirements
Earned Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of number of credits earned).
Total Required Credits for the Program: 9 s.h.
The Community College Administration Certificate of Graduate Study is a 9-semester hour program.

Minimum Required Grades and Cumulative GPA
All matriculated and graduate students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress each term of enrollment.
To maintain satisfactory academic progress and to successfully complete this Certificate, students must:
- Earn no more than two total “C” grades;
- Must repeat any course in which the grade received is lower than “C”; and,
- Earn an official cumulative GPA (according to matriculation level) of at least 3.000 on Rowan’s 4.000 scale.
In accordance with university policies, courses can only be repeated once without special permission from the department chair.
