The Certificate of Graduate Study (COGS) in Human Resource Management will expand your understanding of how human capital management enhances organizational effectiveness. This program is aimed at practicing human resource managers who want to enhance their careers, professionals who wish to enter the field of human resource management, and line managers who want to maximize the contributions of the employees who report to them. The program is structured around solutions to common human resource problems such as voluntary turnover, counterproductive employee behaviors, and lack of inclusivity in the workplace.
