The CUGS in Music Composition consists of applied lessons in composition and elective courses in music history, music theory and computer music applications. The program is available to music BM, BA, and BS majors. The CUGS is intended to provide an opportunity for music majors outside of the composition program to gain experience composing music. Students interested in this CUGS must consult with the Coordinator of Composition before entering the CUGS.

Total Required Credits for the Program: 13-14 s.h.
Music majors may double count up to six credits of this CUGS with their major program.
