The Certificate of Undergraduate Study (CUGS) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, & Technology provides a sequence of courses that combines entrepreneurship courses focusing on entrepreneurial skillset and mindset development with courses relevant for aspiring technologists and innovators.

Program Requirements

The requirements include the following two courses (6 s.h.):

ENT 06240 - Entrepreneurship and Innovation Credits: 3
ENT 06450 - Technology Entrepreneurship Credits: 3

In addition, students must also complete any two courses (6 s.h.) from the following list:

ENT 06344 - Global Entrepreneurship Growth Strategies Credits: 3
MIS 02301 - Emerging Technologies I Credits: 1 to 4
MIS 02302 - Emerging Technologies II Credits: 1 to 4
MIS 02337 - Applied Database Technologies Credits: 3
ECE 09311 - Electronics I Credits: 3
ECE 09351 - Digital Signal Processing Credits: 3

Total Required Credits for the Program: 12 s.h.

To be awarded the CUGS in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, & Technology, students must complete all courses with at least a 2.5 GPA.
