PHIL 09211 - Ancient Philosophy - WI Credits: 3
This course explores philosophers from the ancient and medieval periods from a global perspective. Topics can include the human soul and its capacity for knowledge, the nature of good and just relations between human beings in society, inquiry into the ultimate or foundational reality, and the quest to achieve a good or successful life. This course fulfills the Rowan Core Global Literacy, as well as the Rowan Experience Writing Intensive and Broad-Based Literature requirements.
Prerequisite Courses: COMP 01112 with a minimum grade of D- or ENGL 01112 with a minimum grade of D- or HONR 01112 with a minimum grade of D- or ENGR 01201 with a minimum grade of D- Course Attributes: CAT, GLBL, GNED, HHL, LIT, MCUL, RE, UGRD, WRIT
