CHEM 06106 - Advanced College Chemistry II (Lecture & Lab)

Credits: 4


This course is a continuation of CHEM 06105 - Advanced College Chemistry I (Lecture & Lab) . Topics include thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium, acid base chemistry, precipitation reactions, redox reactions, and electrochemistry. Illustrated examples focusing on the research interests of the Department will be used to introduce topics. Advanced laboratory methods will also be covered.



Prerequisite Courses: CHEM 06105  with a minimum grade of D-
