The program employs an interdisciplinary all-hazards approach to teach how to develop infrastructures that can withstand multiple threats and hazards as well as build capabilities for detection, protection, prevention, mitigation, and response. This graduate certificate program prepares those who complete it to meet the demand for highly skilled professionals to upgrade, secure, and manage the nation’s critical infrastructure in government and private industry positions. The certificate provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and training to enter the field of critical infrastructure protection with critical Infrastructure policy, cyber risk management, operations, and planning. Those completing this certificate will be able to apply the latest techniques, including cybersecurity technology, to devise plans and policies that promote a culture of awareness and response to each sector of critical infrastructure.
To maintain Minimum Satisfactory Academic Progress:
- Earn no grades lower than a “C+”
- Earn an official cumulative GPA (according to matriculation level) of at least 3.000 on Rowan’s 4.000 scale in the courses listed below.
